Dell finally announced its very first smartphone, the Mini 3i, that is running on Android-based OS. The rumor of a Dell Android smartphone is partly true since the Mini 3i does not totally run on Adroid but it is using the oPhone platform which is a China Mobile developed smartphone platform based on version 1.5 of Android.
Pictures and specs of Dell's Android smartphone was spotted before in different websites and blogs however the Mini 3i’s technical specifications has not been released yet by the PC manufacturer.
The Dell Mini 3i is slated for release in China this month through China Mobile. Next month, it will be launched in Brazil. For the rest of the world, well have to wait and see.
