Pinoy Technology News was created on July by JCO. The blog was created after the author had tried blogging about several niches at first before deciding to settle for a technology blog. Pinoy, a collective term for Filipino people, was chosen to come together with the Technology News to give the blog a more Filipino feel or “dating” in the Tagalog.

The blog, as the name implies, is all about the latest and not so recent gadgets and news about the technology world. Mainly, it want to focus on those gadgets and technology that affects the Philippines but it also discuss or do review about technology and gadgets in general as well as topics that are the focus of discussion in the tech world.

The blog started in Blogger with the domain pinoytechnology.blogspot.com. After a month, the author decided to register a domain for the blog so he can have a greater number of readerships. That’s the humble beginning of Pinoy Technology News. In the future, we are aiming to be the first to deliver the latest in gadgets and technology not only in the Philippines but in the whole world.
